Rebuild Kit Standard

A Rebuild Kit consists of consumable parts that; not unlike your vehicles tire, wear naturally over time. This were will affect the volume of air the compressor is able to create. Replacing these consumable components with a standard Rebuild Kit will bring assist in bringing your compressor air volume back to factory spec.

 

In June 2005 and starting with serial # 12039, Brownie's made a technology update to our Valve Plate Assembly. For a clear indication that your system has the OLD style valve plate, you will need to open it up and view it. IF the valve restraint on your valve plate is black and plastic, you have the older style and need to update it in order for the current style flapper valves to fit. The current style is Aluminum.

 

This Standard Compressor head rebuild kit

• 1 Piston Cup
• 1 Cylinder Sleeve
• 2 Flapper Valves
• 1 Gasket for valve plate
• ​1 O-ring for valve plate
• 2 Replacement screws w/ Loc-tite for valve plate 
• 1 Replacement screw w/ Loc-tite for end of Rod assembly
